Acorn Cottage is a three bedroom barn conversion located in the village of Membland, near Newton Ferrers in Devon. It is situated just 3 miles from the nearest sandy beach. The shops are just 2 miles away and there are 3 pubs in the village. The property is laid out over 3 levels and is positioned in a small court yard overlooking a stream and with its own private garden. It is one of a few properties, close to the owners own home.
The ground floor consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area with table and chairs. There is also a pretty twin bedroom on this floor (one step down), as well as a gallery which overlooks the living room on the lower ground floor. The living room is comfortably furnished with a wood burning stove and patio doors which lead out to the terrace and garden. The two remaining bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower cublicle and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is also another separate bathroom.
