Airport Transfer
Owner offers guests an airport transfer. The driver would bring the keys to the airport and take the guests back to the apartment. The price for this would be 30 euros from Tenerife South airport and 100 Euros from Tenerife North airport (payable locally). Please advise if you would like to accept this service.

Check Ins
For Sunday check ins, the owner charges an additional 30 euros. For late check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there is an additional charge of 20 euros, and 40 euro if they are after 23:00 (payable locally).

Late Check Out
Normal check out is 10am. But if there is no guest arriving on the day of departure, a late check out can be booked for 50 euros.
Lounge
with sofa bed, satellite TV with English channels, dining table and chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, patio doors leading out to balcony
Method of Payment
A deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance of the booking is payable directly to the owner on arrival, along with the charge for the final clean and the security bond.
Security Bond
The owners also require a security bond of 100 euros on arrival (or 200 euros if the booking is for 14 nights or more). This is refunded back to clients before departure, providing there are no breakages in the apartment.
