Airport Transfer
Owner offers guests an airport transfer. The driver would bring the keys to the airport and take the guests back to the apartment. The price for this would be 30 euros from Tenerife South airport and 100 Euros from Tenerife North airport (payable locally). Please advise if you would like to accept this service.
Balconies
3 large sunny balconies: one has a sea view with sun loungers and another there is a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining area with views to the interior of the complex and pool
Bathrooms
2 large bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower
Bedroom 1
with double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2
with 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp
Final Clean
100 euros (payable on arrival)
Kitchen
with tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, washing machine, toaster
Lounge
with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV with English channels, dining table and chairs, patio doors leading out to balcony
Payment Method
A small deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance of the booking fee is payable on arrival.
Security Bond
A refundable security bond of 100 euros is payable on arrival, which will be refunded back to clients before departure providing there are no breakages. If booking a 4 week period or longer, then the security bond required is 200 euros.
