Airport Transfer	Owner offers guests an airport transfer. The driver would bring the keys to the airport and take the guests back to the apartment. The price for this would be 30 euros from Tenerife South airport and 100 Euros from Tenerife North airport (payable locally). Please advise if you would like to accept this service.

Bathroom 2	family bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC
Bedroom 1	with double bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers with mirror, wardrobes, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2	with double bed, chest of drawers with mirror above, patio doors leading out to balcony, wardrobes, bedside table with lamp
Final Clean	70 euros
General	luxury apartment, air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms, wifi internet access, top brand appliances
Kitchen	with breakfast bar and stools, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle
Lounge	sofa, satellite TV with international channels including English, patio doors leading out to balcony
Method of Payment	A small deposit is required to book and the balance of the booking fee is payable directly to the owner on arrival, along with the final clean charge.
Position on Complex	Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the whole apartment is elevated from the ground because the complex is built on a hill. Inside the apartment is all on one level.
Restrictions	no children under 12 years old
Security Bond	A refundable security bond of 200 euros is required on arrival. This will be refunded back to clients before departure, providing there are no breakages.
Xmas/New Year	minimum 2 week booking over Xmas/New Year
