Braganza is a lovely Grade II listed Georgian villa which overlooks the Torquay marina. It is attached to the owners' apartment and was once owned by the Rear Admiral Sir Charles Dashwood and Lady Elizabeth. There are four bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms and the house can sleep up to 10 people. The property is south facing and there are sea views from most rooms.
The reception hall is very grand with an imposing staircase, with some comfortable chairs and a woodburning stove set in a heritage fireplace. The lounge and dining area is very spacious with large French doors overlooking the sea. There are several comfortable sofas and a large dining table and chairs. There is also Freeview TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is very large with all the usual appliances you would expect, as well as an Aga. There is also a large table and chairs.
There are three double bedrooms (including 2 with 4-poster beds) and one twin room.
The house also has a games room with a snooker table. There is wifi internet access available. Outside there is a large garden with lawn and garden furniture, as well as a private hot tub.
