Charlton Cottage is a one bedroom cottage, adjoining the owners home, situated in the small village of Shilllingford St George near Exeter in Devon. Dartmoor and the south Devon coast are just a 20 minute drive away. and there are shops 1.5 miles and the nearest pub is 2.5 miles.
The cottage has been refurbished in a modern style. Laid out over 2 levels, the ground floor consists of a living room with wooden floor, a leather sofa, rocking chair, dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with double bed and a living area consisting of 2 arm chairs a table and a flat screen TV. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
One pet is allowed in this cottage.
