One Bed cottage

Chestnut Cottage consists of a one bedroom unit in a block of apartments in Starcross, near Dawlish in Devon. The accommodation is in an ideal situation as it is very close to a railway station and the nature reserve and beach at Dawlish Warren is just 2 miles away. There is a wealth of water sports available at the nearby Exe estuary, including windsurfing and sailing. There is also a pub serving good food and shops within an easy walking distance.

The apartment is cosy and consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living area with dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV with Freeview channels. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower.

The apartment also has air conditioning. There is parking for 1 car. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.
