Reviews	4 out of 5: The property was over 3 levels - main lounge and kitchen area at ground floor level while bedrooms were located 2 on upper floor and one on lower floor. This was slightly inconvenient as it involved a lot of stairs etc... Whilst there was no air conditioning there were ceiling fans in two bedrooms but none in the small bedroom. Toilets x 3 were clean and tidy...Kitchen, lounge and patio/terraces were also clean and tidy and offered good views. The apartment was bright and spacious. Cutlery clean and cupboards well stocked. All in all the apartment just needed some simple work and additions to allow me to give it 5 out of 5. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend its use as a comfy base for holiday visits. Entry level	1st floor opens to a fully fitted and equipped American style kitchen, guest bathroom and lounge/dinning room with flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. The lounge has access onto the private terrace.
Final Clean	150 euros (payable locally)
General	over 3 levels
Ground Floor	Ground floor can be used as a self contained apartment with its own triple size bedroom, bathroom, independent kitchen (washing machine) and a large terrace
Security Bond	The owner requires a security bond of 250 euros (or the equivalent in pounds sterling) payable on arrival. This will be refunded back to clients on departure, providing there are no breakages.
Upstairs	On the 2nd floor there are two double bedrooms, bathroom and large private terrace with exceptional views. Large fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage space.
