Three Bed cottage
Collingham Cottage is a three bedroom cottage, which is situated in the village of Collingham in Lincolnshire. There are 3 pubs in walking distance of the cottage, all of which serve good pub food and are highly recommended. There is also a train station and supermarket close by. For fisherman, the River Trent is also very popular.
The cottage consists of a large living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. It is also well equipped for entertainment, as there is a DVD player, CD player, radio, music stereo system and a selection of books. For Winter lets, guests will be pleased to know there is a gas fireplace. A large dining table and 6 chairs is placed near the patio doors, which lead out to an enclosed garden with patio furniture. There is off-street parking at the front of the house.
There are three bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and there is also 2nd bathroom with a bath and shower overhead.
