One Bed apartment on Ground Floor with sea and pool view

on the El Beril complex

Our Opinion


Just a quick note to introduce this lovely new one bedroom apartment which is situated on the El Beril complex in the Del Duque area of Costa Adeje. It can sleep up to 4 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. It is a ground floor bungalow and has both pool and sea views (see the photos). The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a washing machine in the bathroom.

We offer a selection of privately owned apartments on El Beril. It is a very nice quiet complex, close to Altamira in the Del Duque area. Our guests who stay her like the complex and often re-book the same apartment year after year. It can mean that finding an available apartment during peak times can be tricky, so best to book well in advance. You can even hear the sea at night from some of the apartments. It is a peaceful and up market area. The complex only a stone's throw from the sea front promenade which leads to Los Cristianos if you turn to your left (it should take about an hour to walk that far) and if you turn to your right the promenade leads to La Caleta, in about 20 minutes. La Caleta is also well worth a visit. It is a very picturesque sea front village with lots of fine seafood restaurants. The Del Duque beach is also a short walk away. Our guests tell us that they feel this is one of the best beaches in Tenerife. The sea is clear and the sand is clean. There are also plenty of sun loungers, parasols and little tables available to use on the beach. The walk down to the beach is a little on the steep side (one of our guests counted more than 70 steps, just to give you an idea). The surrounding restaurants in the area are a bit on the expensive side, due to the fact it is an upmarket area, but if you need to eat more cheaply, Fanabe is only a 20 minute walk away. There are also supermarkets close by, which offer freshly baked bread daily. All of the apartments we offer have been nicely refurbished. All of the apartments we offer for rental are privately owned apartments (which in our opinion are the best ones to choose), but there are also timeshare apartments available on the complex. The complex has two communal swimming pools, the largest of which is at the bottom of the complex. There is also a jacuzzi available, which is shared for guests to use. They are located high above the car park below. The pool and gardens are very well maintained.

Everything is on the doorstep, so you don't need to hire a car. Unless of course you want to explore the island further afield. There is also a bus stop nearby and the service is very good and regular. The taxi service is also good.

Linen and Towels

For guests staying longer than a week a spare set of linen/towels are left in the apartment (usually in the wardrobe), or alternatively a cleaning service is available for 10 euros per hour, which includes a linen/towel change.

Method of Payment

A deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking fee is payable in cash on arrival.

Security Bond

The owner also requires a security bond of 250 euros on arrival. This will be refunded back to clients before departure, providing there are no damages.
