It is situated in the small hamlet of Coverack Bridges, which is just 2 miles north of the Cornish town of Helston.
It is also in easy driving distance of many beaches including Praa Sands, Gunwalloe Sands, Poldhu on the Lizard as well as the fishing village of Porthleven. The nearest shops is 2 miles away.
The cottage has special features including beamed ceilings, open fire, 2 staircases leading up to the 1st floor which includes the master bedroom with a 4-poster bed. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a terraced seating area.
