It is situated on the coastal road to Torquay, which is just 4 miles away and the property is only 600 yards from the sheltered beach at Maidencombe with it's cafe. There is a pretty thatched inn in the middle of the village, so this property is an ideal base for a relaxing break, walkers or a family holiday. The apartment is one of several semi-detached properties which are also available for holiday let, within the grounds of the owners' own home. The property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard.

There is always plenty to do in Torquay such as coastal walks, or visit the shops and restaurants. Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones are also to be recommended. Or visit the prehistoric caves at Kentish Cavern.
