Eve Cottage is a four bedroom detached modern and spacious barn conversion, offering holiday accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located in the small hamlet of Fallapit, next to the village of East Allington. The larger towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes are also close, making this an ideal base to explore the area. infact the area has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are several sandy beaches close by including the Blue Flag beaches of Thurlestone, Bantham, East Portlemouth, Beesands and Slapton Sands.
The cottage offers 3 acres of shared grounds including an all weather tennis court and free use of the facilities available at the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. The leisure activities offered here include a gym, spa, steam room, sauna and an indoor swimming pool, not to mention the golf course (guests can get a discount on the green fees).
