Four Bed cottage
Highfield Cottage is a period holiday property which is located in an elevated position in the seaside village of Slapton, near Dartmouth. The village is dotted with pretty thatched cottages and is a short walk from the well known Slapton Sands. Slapton Sands is unique in that there is a fresh water lagoon and a 2 mile stretch of beach divided by the coastal road from Kingsbridge to Dartmouth. The whole area has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
The cottage has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. There are 2 double rooms, 1 twin and a single bedroom. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. The separate kitchen overlooks the spacious dining room, which has French doors which lead out to the patio. An ideal space for alfresco dining in the summer holidays. Pets are allowed up to a maximum of 2 dogs.
