When you are entering the complex from the outside there are 2 entrances. The one from Pueblo Canaria lower has a few steps on the outside of the complex (around 5 or 6). The other entrance from the top road near Brogan Villa is down an incline, but no steps. Apartment all on one level. Roof terrace accessed via outside metal staircase, but the lower terrace has the jacuzzi, patio table and chairs and sun loungers on it.

There are limited parking bays at Las Flores and a barrier mando is needed. The charge is 30€uro per week. BUT there is no guarantee there will be a free bay. Most clients park free of charge across the road at the hospital ( Qurion ) car park and walk across.
Please note the pool has been closed for maintenance but will be open soon as the work has been given the green light and the building materials are being delivered on Monday 28th September 2020. Check back with us for an update on opening day.
The owners are planning some refurbishments of the bungalow over next year, which should be fully complete by July 2020. This includes refurbished bedrooms with air conditioning in both, new terraces and a new kitchen to include a dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. Please check with us for timings as to when the work is completed. Work will be starting in Autumn 2019, but the owners can only do the work in small stages when there are gaps in bookings.

The owner asks for a refundable security bond of £50. This will be refunded back to clients after the holiday, providing there are no breakages.
