Two Bed cottage
Laurel Cottage is a two bedroom cottage with one bathroom. It is situated in Torquay Devon, and is in walking distance to the bustling harbour. All amenities such as restaurants, pubs, shops etc. are only 500 yards away. It is attached to the owners' property, which was built in 1875 and has an abundance of character and charm. Infact it was originally purchase by the Holy Trinity church, as a memorial to one of their ministers.
The cottage has superfast wifi broadband as well as a good cable TV system with lots of channels. The kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with mirrored wardrobes. And the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC.
