Our Opinion
We would like to recommend this one bedroom apartment which is situated on the popular complex of Cristian Sur in the Los Cristianos resort in
Tenerife. It is suitable for people with mobility problems, due to the fact that it is a ground floor apartment. Suitable for just 2 adults, the
apartment has 2 single beds in the bedroom. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite
channels including English speaking ones and a DVD player.

The kitchen as all the usual modern appliances including a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, a
bidet, wash hand basin and WC. Outside there is a small terrace with patio table and chairs, which is surrounded by a walled garden. It is a
great location for some alfresco dining in the sunshine.
Our clients tell us that they enjoy their stays on this complex and that the staff there are very friendly. They tell us that they love the fact
that there are loads of free sun loungers around the pool and you don't get the usual rush first thing in the morning, as you do on many other
popular complexes. The sun loungers are located away around 7pm in the evening and unlocked again at 9am the next morning. There is a lovely cafe
onsite called Arco Iris. Apparently the food is lovely and is it also very reasonably priced. The complex is well maintained with three
swimming pools and pretty gardens and grounds.
Please also note that all of the apartments we offer on this website are privately owned. And therefore there is no need to pay for the extra which
the hotel booked rooms have, such as TV. It is also advisable to note that there is no lift on the complex. So if you are interested to book this
apartment, you won't have to lug cases up 2 flights of stairs, as this apartment is on the ground floor. As they are privately owned, they are
offered on a self catering basis. Bed and breakfast or half board basis is not available. The apartments will be cleaned before guests arrival and linen
and towels are provided. These are then changed weekly, although if a request is made we could arrange extra services for a small charge payabel locally.
The complex is in a briliant location as it is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach which is about 10 minutes away if walking.
And there is a taxi rank, directly outside of the complex. Taxis cost around 4 or 5 euros to Las Americas. There are some good bars and restaurants
nearby. Some that our guests have mentioned include Ninos, which is run by a young couple, offering lovely food at reasonable prices. The Rose and the Swan
are also nice bars nearby which offer karaoke and cocktails. And there is also a lovely steakhouse nearby which offers food via an open barbeque.
