Three Bed cottage
Lundy Cottage is a 14th century cob thatched cottage. It is a detached property with three bedrooms, which can sleep up to 5 people. The cottage is situated in the Shaldon village, on the Teign estuary in Devon.
The house is full of character with feature fireplaces and beamed ceilings. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs as well as a window seat. There is a TV with freeview channel and a DVD player with selection of films. There is a separate dining room and the kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc.
There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one single room. The cottage also has a bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside there is a enclosed patio/garden with garden furniture. The owner does not allow pets.
