Four Bed cottage
Maison Rosie is a four bedroom retro gite situated in the small coastal town of Sainte-Marine, near Benodet on the south coast of Brittany. It is in an excellent situation as it is within easy walking distances of some lovely restaurants by the port, shops, as well as a beautiful unspoilt white sandy beach.
The large garden is equipped with sun loungers and recliner chairs. There is a swing for children as well as a barbeque. The sun terrace has a patio table and chairs and a sun parasol for alfresco dining.
The living room has a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a flatscreen TV equipped with an HDMI port (for guests bringing their laptops, films can be streamed on the internet this way). High speed wifi internet is also available for an extra charge, which works throughout the house as well as on the terrace. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, tall fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and there is a utility area in the garage with a washing machine and Belfast sink.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms including two double rooms, one twin room and a single bedroom.
The gite has one bathroom upstairs as well as 2 separate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs.
