Airport Transfer	For this apartment the owner arranges a private airport transfer for clients for the same price as a taxi. The driver will meet guests at the airport and take them back to the apartment. Alternatively, the owner can arrange a meet and greet at the apartment.
Balcony	Lovely sunny terrace for the sun lovers. Table and chairs clothes airer, south facing, pool view, sun lounger and parasol
Bathroom	Full bathroom, bath with shower over. Hand basin, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom area	Very comfy Double bed ideal for 2 people there is also a sofa which can offer additional sleeping facility.
Cleaning/Linen/Towels/Maid Service	The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and linen and towels are provided

Kitchen	American style kitchen with breakfast bar,stools to sit on. 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, mini oven and grill. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Washing machine and ample pots, pans, cutlery even a slow cooker and coffee machine.
Lounge	Sofa, satellite TV including English channels, plenty of cupboard space a wardrobe, dressing table, fan, iron and hair drier.

Security Bond	The owner asks for a 200 euro (or the equivalent in pounds) security bond on arrival, which is refunded back to clients on departure day, providing there are no breakages.
