Two Bed cottage
Marieta Cottage is a two bedroom stable conversion. It is one of two semi-detached cottages within the grounds of Chitcombe Farm in Broad Oak, near Rye in Sussex. It is laid out all on one level with an enclosed front garden. Chitcombe Farm, which is 0.25 miles from the road, enjoys amazing views across the Tillingham Valley. It is an organic farm with sheep and horses and guests are welcome to walk around as much as they like.
The cottage retains lots of original character including beamed ceilings. There is one double bedroom and one twin room (please note the beds are 2ft 6in, so more suitable for children). There is oil central heating and electricity which is free of charge from May to September, but £20 per week at other times.
A shared laundry is available for guests to use and there is parking outside for 2 cars.
