Two Bed cottage
Mint Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage situated with easy road access near Welshpool in Powys Wales. It is positioned adjacent to the owners own home within the owners own grounds and has it's own private courtyard with furniture, but also has accessed to the shared mature garden. The town of Welshpool is just 3 miles away, where guests can try the good restaurants and pubs as well as a good selection of shops. The National Trust's Powis Castle is also nearby and is highly recommended for a visit. But the nearest pub is only 1 mile away.
The cottage is nicely decorated and the master bedroom has a 4-poster double bed. The 2nd bedroom is small with sloping beamed ceiling with 2 single beds. There is an open plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen which is well equipped. There is satellite TV with freeview channels and a DVD player, as well as a radio/CD. Pets are allowed, but we regret this is a non smoking property.
