Five Bed cottage with sea view
Ridge House is a five bedroom detached property situated in the Maidencombe area of Torquay in Devon. It is a great place for large families to come together either for a holiday or celebration. There is a games room with a pool table as well as table football and Nintendo Wii Fit. There is also an 8-seater hot tub in the garden as well as wifi internet and several TVs and DVD players.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with several sofas and armchairs. Large patio doors leading out to the conservatory which serves as the dining area with table and 12 chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and double oven. There is even a study complete with wifi computer and printer. The house has gas central heating and a coal-effect fire in the lounge, so it is very cosy in Winter.
There are four double bedrooms and one twin room, along with bunk beds in one of the doubles. There are 3 bathrooms, which include one ensuite. The house would be suitable for someone with walking difficulties as one of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs.
