Three Bed cottage
This three bedroom detached cottage is one of our collection of Torquay holiday rentals. It has a lovely walled garden.
St Anns is situated very well in the St Marychurch area of Torquay. It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach, which would be Oddicombe. It can be reached by a
cliff railway, or alternatively it is quite a steep walk downhill (Why not walk down and take the railway back up?). The area at the top of this cliff is called Babbacombe Downs.
It is very pretty. There are pretty lawns bordered with flowers and walkways lined with lights which are very pretty at night. There are a lot of hotels and restaurants along this
stretch all of which enjoy lovely sea views. In particular we would like to recommend Angels where you can eat a very tasty lunch or one of the best cream teas in Devon. The scones
are large and homemade, as are the jams. We would also like to recommend Babbacombe Model Village, which is also only a 5 minute walk from the cottage.
The house itself is very well equipped with both a lounge and dining room. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. There is also a gas cooker and microwave.
Ample cupboard space make it very easy to enjoy a comfortable self catering holiday. There are 3 bedrooms including a double room, twin room and a room with bunk beds. There is one bathroom with
a separate toilet.
The cottage is dog friendly. There are lots of lovely places to walk your dogs including Babbacombe Beach.
