Three Bed cottage
This Torquay self catering cottage is available for holiday rental all year round. It is in an excellent location being in walking distance of the beaches and all amenities.
Our clients tell us that St Anns is always presented beautifully. The cottage is spotlessly clean for clients when they arrive and thanks to a fairly new boiler the cottage
is also very cosy and warm during the Winter months. Our caretakers make sure that the heating is turned up a little so that guests always arrive to a warm house. It is much
more welcoming that way and more of a home from home. The cottage also welcomes well behaved dogs and other pets on request and there is an enclosed garden surrounding the cottage,
so pets can be safe and
secure. A little welcome pack is always left with a few basics such as coffee, tea, milk etc. If anything extra is required our caretakers are always happy to provide on request. No-one
has yet asked us for a bottle of champagne, but even this could be provided.
There is even a dishwasher in the kitchen, so guests will feel right at home. Our caretakers always leave a couple of tabs to get you going.
The other thing that our guests tell us is what a great location the cottage is in. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which can be accessed by a cliff railway. There are
also lots of tourist attractions close by such as Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones, where you can walk through Victorian cobbled streets and peer into the shop windows to see
genuine Victorian products for sale. It is surprising how many of our brands date back from this era, for example Colman's mustard.
Another thing that our clients tell us is how spacious the cottage is. There are 2 reception rooms downstairs: dining room and lounge. This provides a great place to entertain
family over dinner and evening relaxation. Some of guests even use it as a base to visit family nearby.
