Torviscas

Torviscas is located in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife and is around a 15 minute drive from Tenerife South airport. The golden sandy beach, Torviscas Playa, features a beach bar where you can enjoy a drink and watch the setting sun. The beach offers safe bathing and there is also an abundance of water sports available on the beach, such as jet skiing, parascending, scuba diving and jet blaster trips. Boat trips and excursion can be purchased at the fashionable Puerto Colon Marina, which is just around the corner. These include whale and dolphin watching or fishing trips. Some of the boats have glass bottoms and often they include time for diving and swimming off the back of the boat. The promenade runs from the marina, along Torviscas Playa and then onto the adjoining Fanabe Playa. There is a wealth of international restaurants and bars in the area. Self catering apartments offering accommodation include Club Atlantis, Santa Maria, Pueblo Torviscas, Los Geranios, Sunset Bay, Mare Verde, Orlando and Ocean Park. And recently we have just acquired a lovely apartment on the Jacaranda complex. Aqualand is just a 5 minute drive away, which is the nearest place to see amazing dolphin shows. There are also many water slides and big swimming pools with diving boards and sun terraces (suns beds have to be rented by the day).

Siam Park is the recently open themed park (2008) and is already renowned as the most fantastic theme park across Europe. One of the rides is an almost vertical, 28m high water slide, if you dare or you can surf in 3m high artificial waves.
