Four Bed cottage
Tyndale Cottage is a former coaching house which dates from the 18th century. It is situated in Topsham, on the estuary of the River Exe, near Exeter. There are four bedrooms, so the cottage can sleep up to 8 people. The owner allows pets, up to a maximum of 1 dog.
The outside area is special as there is a garden and terrace, as well as a 2-acre paddock, which overlooks the estuary.
The cottage is laid out over 2 floors and the main living areas are on the upper floor. The living room is comfortable with a TV and DVD player for enterainment. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table and chairs as well as the usual modern appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.
The owner prefers to let the cottage to couples and families.
