Four Bed villa with sea view
A superb holiday rental Lanzarote: Villa Amelia is situated in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote and is just a few minutes drive from the nearest beach Playa Papagayo, which is a long golden sandy beach, which is gently shelving and therefore has shallow waters.
The villa can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. There are 3 bedrooms in the main villa and there is also another bedroom in the garden annexe. Two additional fold-away beds can also be provided for 2 children. The villa enjoys amazing sea views.
The annexe is included in the rental for parties larger than 6 adults and 1 child. For parties smaller than this the annexe can be rented for an additional charge. The annexe is only rented in conjunction with the main villa, it is not rented out separately, so guests can be guaranteed of their privacy.

The 4th bedroom is contained in the garden annexe which is accessed via steps from the pool area. In addition to the bedroom there is also an open plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchenette included. The annexe is included in the rental for parties of over 6 adults and 1 child. Otherwise it can be opened for smaller parties for an additional charge. The annexe can only be rented with the villa, it is not available for rent separately.
