Villa Angelina is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool and free wifi. It has wonderful sea views and is situated in the resort of Callao Salvaje in Tenerife.

This beautiful spacious Tenerife villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea. You enter the villa from the car parking area and via a staircase to the villa level. This 4 bedroom villa in Tenerife is on one floor throughout and consists of 4 large bedrooms, Kitchen, lounge, dining area, utility room, bathrooms. The independent marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and breakfast bar. The comfortable lounge has 2 sofas and 2 chairs to seat 8 people and has TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus sky movies and Sky Sports plus a system with 1000’s films. There is also a free WIFI, DVD, and CD player.

The Dining area consists of a beautiful stylish table and chairs for 6 people. Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to the fabulous pool terrace that has stunning sea views, cosy shaded area with sofas and several sets of patio furniture. All 4 bedrooms have, fans, large fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has king size bed and en suite with Bath and shower attachment . Bedroom 2 also has king size bed with sea views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with en suite walk in shower have twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed with door leading to pool terrace and walk in shower en suite. Please note Bedroom 4 can be entered from bedroom 3 or via an outside door. The family bathroom consists of bath with shower attachment. There is also a large laundry room that includes a washing machine and plenty of storage space.

The large private heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with a with patio furniture, sun loungers with mattresses, outside shower, and a shaded area with stylish comfortable sofas plus table and chairs for 8 guests. There is also a second terrace area with a beautiful pergola with stylish tables and chairs and a large brick built BBQ and comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are views of the Atlantic ocean and La Gomera from the terrace. This unique villa is semi detached and not overlooked.

LOCATION

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
