Four Bed villa

The villa is ideally located as it is in a peaceful and quiet area where guests can truly relax in a secluded environment. And yet the villa is only a short walking distance from the facilities in available in the resort, providing the best of both worlds. The villa is ideal for relaxing eating, dining alfresco, as there is an extensive sun terrace and barbeque area surrounding the pool. There is also gated secure entrance with parking for two cars. There is a private patio off the upstairs bedroom where guests can escape for some me time while overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a little patio off the larger bedroom downstairs, which overlooks the pool and garden. The villa is ideal for large families who need space to spread out.

The Villa is typically Canarian in style with many beautiful features. The upstairs family bedroom and one of the larger bedrooms downstairs has the added benefit of a double and a single bed in the same room, which is ideal for families with small children.

Distances

10 minutes walk to the Old Town which has a large selection of good restaurants and bars, and 15-20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes drive) to the Avenida, main beach and the Fariones hotel, 15 minute drive from the airport.

Kitchen

New modern kitchen with oven and hob, granite worktops, washing machine and dish-washer under, large fridge/freezer, sink and drainer. All usual other items, ie; coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.

Living Room

Typical Canarian pine furniture in the lounge with seating for 8 people, desk, tables and side unit with dining table, chairs. Stereo CD, Radio & tape unit, TV with freeview Satellite and DVD unit. The villa has a selection of CDs & DVD for clients use

Maid Service/Linen and towels/Cleaning

The villa is fully cleaned for guests arrival, both inside and out. Linen and towels are provided, including tea towels. If the booking for longer than 2 weeks, there is a linen/towel change each week. Otherwise, guests can request a mid-week linen/towel change if required for an additional charge of £125.

Other

The Villa is set in grounds of 1000 square metres with mature tropical plants and gardens. It is both private and secluded with security grills at the front of the property. There is a Playstation 2 for guests use (please bring your own games).

Other Beaches

There are many beaches, but the main one is Papagayo, consisting of 5 sandy beaches.

Outside
