Four Bed villa
Villa Armonia is a four bedroom detached villa, which has been converted from a 100 year old finca. The villa is very private and is therefore suitable for naturists. It is located 3km from the centre of Pollensa and 5km from the nearest sandy beach.
Outside there is a large private pool. Pool heating and a pool fence is available on request for an additional charge. Pool towels are provided. The pool is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace with sun loungers. The villa is set amongst beautifully kept mature gardens and there is a covered barbeque area with shower room and WC, which has been converted from the old Stables. Additionally a covered terrace provides shade for alfresco dining.
The villa has been built over 2 levels and has been tastefully refurbished including original features such as wooden beamed ceilings. There are three bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower room and patio doors which lead out to the upper terrace which enjoys amazing views. The other bedrooms upstairs are twin rooms and they share a family bathroom. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and has access to a shower room. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is limited satellite TV in the lounge and the villa also has internet. There is heating if required and a security safe. For entertainment there is also a table tennis table.
