Villa Azalea is a four bedroom modern villa built in 2014 and laid out over 2 levels. It is situated in the Bouganvilla area of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote.
Outside the villa has a large private heated pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also an alfresco dining area with barbeque. A roof top terrace offers good sea and mountain views.
The villa has been fitted with full air conditioning on both floors and also has wifi internet access and satellite TV. All mod cons are included including a dishwasher and washing machine.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor with ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and two are twin rooms. There are three bathrooms: two on the ground floor and one ensuite on the 1st floor.
There is even a games room with table tennis table and a spinning bike, and also a TV room with sofa bed, satellite TV and a Play Station.
