Two Bed villa with sea view
Villa Bonnie is a single storey, detached villa located on the residential development of Sueno Azul in the resort of Callao Salvaje. It is very well located being only a short walk to all the facilities of the resort, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a good selection of bars. There is also a beach which is half pebbles and sand and has a small jetty which is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. The Adeje and Abama golf courses are just a 10 minute drive and the resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 15 minute drive away.
The villa has just been re-tiled through. Outside there is a private heated pool with poolside shower. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a barbeque area with patio furniture and a barbeque. The villa enjoys a partial sea view.
The lounge has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a tall fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and has use of a shower room.
