Two Bed villa with sea view
Villa Caspian is a two bedroom two bathroom detached villa situated in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to the golden sandy beach and a fine selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The area is popular for the elderly and people with walking difficulties as it is quite flat.
The villa is laid out all on one level and can sleep up to 5 people (4 in beds and an additional foldaway bed can be provided for a 5th person).
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin bedrooms. One of the two bathrooms has a jacuzzi bath.
Outside there is a private pool surrounded by sun terraces and sub-tropical gardens. The outside space is surrounded by a volcanic wall, which gives a good level of privacy.
