This three bedroom modern villa is in a great location in the resort of Binibeca in Menorca, as it is within easy walking distance of the nearest sandy beach, Cala Binibeca and it enjoys wonderful sea views from the covered terrace. This terrace runs the length of the villa and leads off the lounge. It is equipped with wooden patio furniture, making it ideal for enjoying those alfresco dinners. There is a large private pool (10m x 5m) below the terrace, which is surrounded by further sun terraces and mature plants and shurbs.
