Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Erin is situated in the Playa Blanca resort of Lanzarote. It is well located being only a 5-10 minute walk from sandy coves as well as bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a private electrically heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace. There are sun loungers and a childrens pool with a waterfall feature, which can be turned on and off. An alfreso dining area is provided with table and chairs for 8 people and there is also a Canarian style barbeque.
The villa has wifi internet access, and satellite TV. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa and armchairs and there is a separate dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms. Both the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have their own balconies which enjoy sea views. The villa has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, hob and microwave and there is a separate utility room with washing machine.
