Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Galway is a three bedroom villa, which is situated on the edge of the golf course in Costa Adeje. The villa is both luxurious and has amazing views as well.
The villa is has been furnished to a high standard by the owners in a styllish yet comfortable style.
The lounge is on the ground floor level and has air conditioning. There are 2 leather sofas and a dining area with 6 leather chairs. A large widescreen plasma with Satellite TV channels (BBC, ITV, CH4 etc), DVD player and Hi fi. There are patio doors which lead out to the stunning pool and terrace.
The kitchen has granite work tops and has been equipped in a modern style. There is a dishwasher as well as a separate laundry area with washing machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.
The 1st floor consists of three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have double beds and a balcony which overlooks the terrace with amazing sea views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as fitted wardrobes. The ensuite bathrooms consist of walk-in showers, wash hand basins and WC. There is also a safe installed for guest's private use.
The outside of the villa has stunning views of the Sea. There is a lawned terrace with comfortable sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower. There is outside seating area under a shaded pergola with a stylish patio table and chairs for 6 people.
The swimming pool is heated in. the Winter months from around the end of October through to the end of April. According to the laws in the Canaries the pool can only be heated to a maximum temperature of 28 degrees centrigrade. The pool size is 8x x 3.5m and the depth range is 1m - 1.4m. There are roman steps and a built-in barbeque.
There is private parking at the front of the villa. Linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.
This villa is near one of the best Golf Courses on the Island. A driving range , 18 and 9 hole courses are just 5 minutes walk away.
Behind the villa there are hills to walk over and further inland you can climb Mount Teide,Spain's highest peak.
Perhaps you would prefer to laze the day away beside the heated swimming pool, exclusive to your villa. Sun loungers, parasols and sofas enable you to enjoy the almost constant sunshine for which Tenerife is renowned.
