Four Bed villa with sea view
Villa Gilberta is a beautiful four bedroom villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday, with its amazing views across the ocean with the pretty marina, where you can take lazy promenades. The rooms which are set over 2 levels, are light and airy and fitted out in a modern style. The villa is full interesting artwork hung on the walls and there are 2 big picture windows in the lounge, where you can watch all the boats coming and going. The entrance to the villa leads into a spacious hallway, which in turn leads through to the large lounge and dining area. From here there are patio doors, which lead out to a huge balcony featuring a table and chairs for alfresco dining and a swing chair. The kitchen is also large and well equipped with all the expected modern conveniences as well as a utility space with washing machine and drying area. There is also a games room with an exercise bike and selection of different games. Finally there is a double bedroom on this level with an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. This level has a ground floor entrance and a striking wooden staircase leads down to the lower level and out to the pool and sun terrace. There is a second lounge here with a playstation and TV. There are three bedrooms on this level, two of which have patio doors leading directly out to the pool. How great, to wake up, have a cup of coffee and straight out to have a swim! There are 2 bathrooms on this level, one of which is an ensuite. One of the best features of this villa is the free high-speed wifi internet, which can be accessed throughout the villa and outside on the sun terrace. There is also an internet TV including English channels.
The pretty marina at Puerto Calero is now a sought after holiday resort, as it has a great combination of designer shops, good restaurants, boat excursions and 2 thalasso spas. The busier resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a 10 minute drive away.
