This luxurious four bedroom villa is situated in the increasingly popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Tenerife. It is laid out over 2 levels and enjoys amazing sea views. The private heated pool is unusually large (12m x 5m) with underwater lighting. The sun terrace equipped with ample sun loungers is not at all overlooked.
The upper level consists of a large lounge with a 52 inch flatscreen TV with Sky TV package and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has marble worktops and the hallway is also marble. Patio doors lead out to a large balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The sea views are magnificent from here.
Downstairs there is a 2nd lounge with 40 inch flatscreen TV including satellite channels and the fourth double bedroom and a bathroom. Patio doors lead out to the sun terrace and pool area. Outside lighting makes it possible to enjoy the outside space at anytime of day or night.
