Four Bed villa
Villa Jacaranda is a four bedroom townhouse on a complex of 13 similar properties in the Cala San Vicente resort in Mallorca, only 300m from the nearest beach. The complex has a large shared pool with a separate childrens' area segregated by an internal fence. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers on the sun terrace and there is also an outside shower. The property can sleep up to 9 people: 8 people in beds and a z-bed can be provided for a child under 12 years old.
The property has covered terraces both at the front and the back and has extra shade from the nearby pine trees. The open plan living/dining room has large patio doors which lead out to the terrace. The living room is sunken with an open fireplace. There is also a separate kitchen with utility room.
The townhouse is built over 2 levels with three of the bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms share a separate shower room and family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have patios doors which lead out to a balcony. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
