Four Bed villa with sea view
Villa Kimmie is a luxurious detached four bedroom villa, situated in the Playa Vistas development in Playa Blanca Lanzarote, which is only 10 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The villa is extremely well equipped with air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the lounge. There is wifi internet access and a large flatscreen TV with satellite channels, including Sky. A blueray DVD player is also provided. The villa enjoys incredibly good sea views.
Outside there is a private heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace. As well as sun loungers there are also day beds around the pool. There is a gym/games room on the lower level of the villa, complete with cross trainer, spin cycle, pool table, table football and darts. There is also a Wii and Playstation 3.
Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and an American style fridge/freezer.
Linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. A car is not necesary, but there is parking available, should guests want to hire one.
