Villa Magdalen is a luxurious six bedroom villa in the San Eugenio Alto area of Costa Adeje. It enjoys amazing sea views from the ground and 1st floors and is within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the beach. The nearest shop/bar is only 500 metres away. The villa has been recently refurbished and has wifi internet access.
Outside the villa has a private heated kidney shaped pool with roman steps. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers on the sun terrace. There is also a large patio table with chairs to seat up to 10 people with a gas barbeque. Pool towels are also provided.
The villa is laid out over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with comfortable seating and a 50 inch LCD/plasma TV with satellite channels. There is also a large kitchen with all the expected modern appliances including a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, one double and one twin room, as well as a family bathroom and a guest toilet.
On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin room), both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a 2nd large lounge and kitchen on this floor.
On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. These bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is also utility area with washing machine.
