Four Bed villa with sea view

Puerto Calero Residential and Marina is a secure development with 24 hours security. Villa Maple was built in February 2005 by the Architect Carlos Morales Quintana and his IKOS SL Construction company who handled the Design & Construction of the house including detailing the internal specification and finishes.

The house is constructed over 2 floors and has a approx 470 sq mtr built area on a 851 sq mtr plot, it has a total of 4 bedrooms and is laid out as follows;

Ground Large open style lounge & dining area, 2 bedrooms, large main kitchen, toilet with 2 additional toilets & bathrooms off the bedrooms, utility room etc, the exterior has a full width terrace with an open barbeque and separate preparation area at the end plus 2 separate open dining areas of which the largest seats 10 people then a comfortable seating area with sofas and a bar area and stools. The terrace overlooks a full 180 degree view consisting of sea views together with a green area with Canarian palms where no construction is allowed.

Lower level Again a similar set up to upstairs with a large lounge / dining area & kitchen, 2 more bedrooms with 2 toilet bathrooms and a separate toilet by the kitchen. The lower level has its own terrace & BBQ area with seating & lounge chairs for downstairs use. The downstairs has the luxury of having its own front door access if you have friends or guests staying and you do not want them to disturb anybody upstairs. Lower level has the Pool & Garden area raised 1 metre to give a neatly designed sundeck area which has decking around the 9 x 5 mtr ( electric & solar heated ) Pool, together with a mature garden area with a water feature in the centre, on the decking area there also is a 2.2 mtr square built in flush level Jacuzzi with a separate outside shower and seating area.

General The house is fully double glazed and with a 3 phase electricity supply.

The house is situated in the most sought after area of the Puerto Calero development with the best panoramic views of any of the houses. There are mountain views to the sides & front of the house with the best sea views from the terrace. The surroundings are quiet, secluded and peaceful which is conducive to enjoying a relaxing time. The surrounding areas are part of the Puerto Calero community which has its annual meetings about Feb / March time, this does include all lighting, footpath areas, landscaping, rubbish collection etc etc.

  • Large full width terrace with bbq are with its own Bar area & drink fridges and dishwasher. A dining area seating 8 to 10 with a teak seating and a large circular teak table to seat 10 people Outside: The villa have two terraces, one upstairs and the second downstairs, the pool and garden area is split level with a 9 x 5 metres pool all one level 1. 5 metres deep with steps at one end which is solar heated ( electric heating optional in the winter periods ) it has a mature garden with cactus, palms and lots of tropical plants with a water feature in the middle. A jacuzzi (7 to 8 people) is fitted flush to the decking area for perhaps an evening drink in the bubbles and water jets. also a mini Gym downstairs for guest's use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa will be clean and ready for arriving guest´s with towels , sheets etc and clients staying 2 weeks we have a mid term clean and linen change, any items that guest´s may need to wash we have 2 washing machines in the villa
  • Outside

  • Pool heating is both Solar Heated and Electric Heating ( If Electric Heating is required £100 per week extra, winter time only )
