Newly constructed 3 bedroomed villa with balconies and private poolside terraces from which to view the spectacular surrounding views. Beautiful landscaped gardens with fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. Peaceful and tranquil private location. Full sky TV package (all English channels plus Sports and Films). Full hot and cold air-conditioning and additional heating for winter months. Emergency services alarm system linking to English speaking operators to call Ambulance, Doctor, Police etc. Fully equipped for children and babies (cot, high chair, monitor etc). Bathroom plus separate shower room.

The villa has a comprehensive alarm system which links to a call centre via English speaking intercom system for contacting a doctor, ambulance, police etc in case of emergencies.

The furnished covered naya (patio) leads directly onto the 42 square metre terrace with private kidney shaped pool and barbeque. Views from this area are stunning. Sun beds are provided to complement the outdoor barbeque table and chairs.

The beautiful sandy beaches of Denia and Javea are a short 10-15 minutes drive away and both have been awarded the prestigious "Blue Flag" award for cleanliness and safety.

There are a number of Golf Courses within the area, eg. Oliva Nova, La Sella, Javea - all of which are within easy reach.

Both Alicante and Valencia airports are an hours drive away from the Villa.

The town of Pedregeur with its variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away. The bustling resort of Javea is a short 10-15 minutes drive and the port of Denia with its unspoiled character just the same distance.

Close by are the beautiful and lush Jalon and Orba valleys with their charming villages surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. The "Aqualandia" Water Theme Park, the "Mundomar" Animal Water Park and the "Terra Mitica" Family Theme Parks provide a great family day out.

    		•  The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

    		•  The kitchen is fully fitted and includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, iron/ironing board, coffee machine etc.

  • Lounge

    		•  The lounge has full sky TV (inc BBC, ITV, Sky sports, films) and DVD with French doors leading onto the Juliet balcony. The dining room leads off from the lounge with patio door access onto the balcony area furnished with settee and chairs for cocktails.

  • Other

    		•  The villa is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. There is a cot and high chair available.

  • Outside

    		•  There is a covered furnished naya (patio) leading to the private pool and adjoining barbeque area with their spectacular coastal and valley views. Sun beds are provided to complement the outdoor barbeque table and chairs.

    		•  Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. The property is cleaned at the end of your stay or more frequently for rentals longer than 2 weeks.
