Villa Marine is a luxurious villa set over 3 levels with six bedrooms and five bathrooms in the heart of Playa de las Americas. It is close to Playa Troya and is within walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants. It has a private heated pool and air conditioning.
The interior of the villa is extremely spacious. On the ground floor the entrance hall, dining area and lounge are open plan: there is even a grand piano.
There is high speed internet available throughout the villa, as well as a satellite TV system with over 2500 channels including English, French, German and Spanish. The kitchen is also spacious with all the mod cons that you would expect from a luxury villa including a dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and coffee maker etc.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms apart from the basement, where there is a separate childrens' bedroom and extra bathroom. This bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and can sleep 4 children.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with private heated pool. The pool heating is included in the price between October and April. Plenty of sun loungers are available around the pool, which has an underwater lighting system which changes colours.
There is also a roof terrace with an alfresco dining area, barbeque, pegola and comfortable seating area. There are amazing views from here towards the ocean and the island of La Gomera.
