Three Bed villa
Villa Nikki is three bedroom two bathroom villa situated on the La Bocaina development of villas in the centre of Puerto del Carmen. It is an excellent location as it is only a 6 minute walk from the Main Avenida with all it's amenities.
The villa is laid out over two levels, but would be suitable for someone with walking difficulties as one of the twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom is situated on the ground floor.
The villa has a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is patio table and chairs with a portable barbeque for alfresco dining.
Inside one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two are twin rooms. The kitchen includes a washing machine and there is satellite TV in the lounge.
