Villa Patrice is a three bedroom modern villa in the Los Colorados area of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The nearest shops and restaurants are just a 15 minute walk away and the nearest beach is 500m.
It is one of 24 villas situated on a villa complex and has a private outdoor pool with large sun terrace and garden, as well as a partially covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Inside the decor is simple and bright in style. There are three bedrooms which have air conditioning (one double and two twin bedrooms). The kitchen/diner is well equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, TV and a DVD player with patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. There are 2 bathrooms.
