Three Bed villa
Villa Pierre is a three bedroom apartment which consists of the ground floor of a detached villa with private pool. The owner lives in the apartment upstairs, but allows guests exclusive use of the pool and terrace during their stay. This villa is very good value for money and is situated in the quiet village of Mellieha, in the North of Malta, close to the best beaches, as well as many facilities including grocery shops, bus stop, restaurants, supermarkets, wine bars, internet cafes and souvenir shops.
There is a large swimming pool and decked area together with sun loungers and parasols, which is exclusively for guests use. The large terrace overlooks the pool and view.
The apartment is very spacious with three large bedrooms, bathroom and a separate shower room, together with living room, kitchen breakfast and a very large entrance hall. The apartemnt can sleep up to 6 people, but an additional 2 people can be accommodated if required. The pool area enjoys lovely views of Santa Maria Valley and the Mediterranean sea. The sun loungers, parasols, barbeque and outdoor shower all add to the relaxing atmosphere.
