Three Bed villa

Villa Prima is a modern detached villa in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located near to the Marina Rubicon area. Being only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca means that it is also close to a fine selection of restaurants, bars and shops. We would also recommend the famous beaches of Papagayo, which are just a short drive away. For larger families we also have another villa nearby.

The villa has a private electrically heated pool with roman steps, which is surrounded by the south facing sun terrace with ample sun loungers. There is also an alfresco dining area and built-in barbeque.

The living room is well decorated with leather sofas and patio doors which lead out to the terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a full family bathroom.
