Three Bed villa with sea view

Villa Rahima is a three bedroom villa in the residential area of Chayofa, which is close to Los Cristianos in Tenerife. It can sleep up to 6 people and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

The villa enjoys sea views and has a private heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is a covered terrace area with table and chairs and a barbeque for alfresco dining.

The villa is very well equipped. There is air conditioning, as well as internet access. For entertainment the owners have installed satellite TV and there is even an inside bar, table tennis table and gym. The kitchen facilities include a dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and the two other bedrooms have 2 single beds each. A cot and highchair can be provided on request.

  • Changeover Day

    		•  Strictly Friday to Friday and bookings can only be whole weeks (eg no 10 night bookings allowed), arrival will be after 3.30 pm and departure will be by 11.30am unless agreed when the booking is made.

  • Cleaning/Linen/Towels/Maid Service

    		•  The villa is cleaned before guests arrival. Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels) and changed weekly.

  • Payment Method

    		•  A deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable directly to the owner on arrival.

  • Security Bond

    		• A security bond of £100 is also required on arrival, which is refunded back to guests before departure, providing there are no breakages.
